We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

We have a limited 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for all domestic orders. International orders are not eligible for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for payment of all shipping charges, both for initial purchase of any merchandise, as well as shipping charges for returns.

You can always contact us for any return question at

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance merchandise, gift certificates, personalized items, and items marked “non-returnable” or “final sale” (as indicated on the product page before placing your order) are not eligible for return.

At this time we can't facilitate Exchanges.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (for Merch shop only)

Due to current travel delays and supply circumstances, International tracked and untracked post may be subject to delays or restrictions. These may be caused by changes in transport procedures (e.g. border controls), changes in international transport (e.g. cancellation of previously used flight connections), changes in delivery procedures in the destination country (e.g. quarantine or other protective measures) and more.

Before placing your order, we recommend that you keep an eye out for further updates by the courier services we use, as well as your country’s government.

As all deliveries are handled by shipping couriers (and are not under our control), all arrival times provided below are estimates. There is always a small chance that your delivery may come earlier or later than specified.
To avoid any disappointment or additional delay, please ensure that the shipping address you provide us with at checkout is correct.

We are so proud to prepare each order specifically for you.
Please be aware that all items have a processing and dispatch lead up time of up to 10 days. This does not include shipping time. We thank you for your patience and always do our best to ship as soon as possible.

International shipping postage simply covers the cost of transporting and delivering your parcel. Chaos & Calm does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different destination costs per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or customs tariffs) are set by the destination country, customs authorities, and determined based on a combination of country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or Vat) are set by the destination country.
